Refund and Cancellation Policy
REFUNDS:
Refunds will be initiated only if the product is damaged. For abundant caution, you are advised to take a video of the courier opening to claim a refund if the product was damaged during shipping. For Garments, Refunds will not be given if the saree folds is awry, color mismatch between what is displayed on your device versus actual product,
Refunds will be processed through the bank account from which the purchase order has been made, and only after deducting the relevant transaction charges.
For Credit/Debit card transactions, refunds will be processed through our secure payment gateway. These payments will be routed back and credited to the very account from which payment was made.
If the product ordered is not in stock, the amount will be refunded to your account. Alternatively, you can choose another product of the same value. In case you have ordered several products, and one or more of those products are not in stock, you will be able to avail a refund totalling to the cost of the products that are not available.
The colour of the actual product may vary slightly from one device to the other. Kindly note that this colour variation will not be considered as a valid reason for refund.
ON CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND EXCHANGE:
In the event that you wish to cancel your order, kindly do so within 24 hours of placing the order to avail the refund.
Charges incurred for International and Domestic Payments will have to be borne by you and will be adjusted against the total refund amount.
No cancellations are entertained for products that were obtained during limited period offers.
The Order cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched.
